RETURN POLICY:
On all damaged goods we'll credit you for the merchandise and shipping costs; otherwise, we will give credit for the merchandise only, (shipping charges will apply). Products must be returned in good, useable condition. Items returned after 45 days will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. Not all items are returnable after 45 days, i.e. holiday cards, seasonal materials, any personalized stationary or printed material due to your order.
We cannot guarantee every paper to run on every machine, so we recommend getting samples to check on your machine first before placing an order.
You can ask for sample sheets and only pay the shipping cost. Whenever you place a bulk order for that paper, we can grant you a gift certificate for the amount you paid for the shipping of your samples.

PAPER TEXTURE & COLOR:
We have tried to match colors and show you the paper texture as accurately as possible, but due to different monitor calibrations and resolutions, etc. it is almost impossible to match the way paper feels in your hand. Therefore we recommend, for commercial papers you look at your swatch books if you are a professional graphic designer, or simply ask for sample sheets and pay for the shipping, before purchasing the paper. You can buy all Print Icon designed papers by the sheet @ 65 cents per sheet. Remember, we do not credit shipping charges, therefore make sure the paper you are buying is what you want.

IMAGING POLICIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
An order shall not be effective until accepted by Print Icon. Print Icon will notify you via e-mail whether or not your order has been accepted. All orders canceled will require compensation for incurred cost and related obligations.

LIABILITY: LIMIT ON LIABILITY
Orders and media must contain clear, legible contact names and phone numbers. It is agreed that Print Icon is not liable to replace lost media. We are not responsible for errors or delay, arising from our own negligence. Print Icon is furthermore not responsible for lost profits or other consequential damages. We cannot be held responsible for customer provided materials that fail to achieve desired results other than those written into the job order.

ESTIMATES AND PRICES:
All estimates not accepted within 30 days may be changed. All prices on services and specials within our web site are subject to change at anytime.

ACCURACY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
All estimates are based on the accuracy of the information provided. Print Icon can provide a new estimate on your job at the time of submission, if the files you provide do not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based.

PRICE SCHEDULE & TERMS STANDARD SCHEDULE:
All Print Icon turnaround is in-house, and does not include pickup and delivery. Standard schedule does not apply to non-standard file preparation or run time. Non-standard file prep and run time are billable, and must be authorized in advance, or we will cancel the job when it exceeds standard and wait for your authorization. Upon authorization, the work will be accurately estimated and will be billed according to price schedule when the work is completed.

SALES TAX CHARGES:
Every sales transaction will include the appropriate Sales Tax, unless a completed and signed Resale or Tax Exempt Certificate is filed with Print Icon.

OUTPUT:
All files will be output as saved (at 100% document size) unless clearly noted otherwise on the job order form. Print Icon assumes no responsibility for output errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete job order forms.

COLOR MATCHING:
Print Icon is not responsible for color matching when outputting jobs. Print Icon can guide you in matching the right colors. If you wish to hire us to match colors, see production price list.

SHOP SERVICE: JOB / SERVICE CANCELLATIONS:
Any job order used in requesting services from Print Icon Imaging Group represents a contract for service, materials and acceptance of Print Icon Imaging Group’s policies, terms, conditions and prices. Any cancellation of work in progress will result in the billing of all services and materials performed or used up, until the cancellation request was posted.

ABANDONED JOBS AND OUTPUT:
Print Icon will not be responsible for any originals or completed work after ten (10) days of production unless payment has been secured and arrangements with Print Icon have been made in writing and agreed upon, for storage of media and computer files.
ALTERATIONS:
Client alterations can be made as per your request; keeping in mind there will be alteration charges at Print icon’s standard rates.

MATERIAL SUBMITTED:
It is your responsibility to maintain a master copy of all files, at all time, in your storage archives. Print Icon is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied by the client or for the accuracy of furnished input or final input. Until digital input can be evaluated by Print Icon, no claims or promises are made about Print icon’s ability to work with jobs submitted in digital or conventional form, and we will assume no liability for problems that may arise, such as loss of time or deadline. Any additional alteration or retouching needed to utilize client-supplied files will be chargeable at Print Icon standard rates.

EXPERIMENTS:
Due to the variety of our services and know-how, all work performed at client's request will be billed to the customer at Print icon’s rates.

DESIGN WORK:
All creative and design work done by Print Icon must be used with written permission of Print Icon. All use of this work and for any derivation of ideas from it, and compensation “if any”, to be determined by Print Icon".

PROOFING:
Color proofs are used to simulate how the printed piece will look. Due to varieties of paper, inks and different printing techniques and equipment, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is to be expected. Print Icon can provide Iris proofs and Match prints when applicable for proofing at the customers expense. Note: desktop inkjet proofs you provide, almost never match swop standards or industry settings. Print Icon is not responsible to match any proofs provided by desktop inkjet printers. When variations of this kind occur, it will be considered acceptable work.

PREPRESS PROOFS:
Print Icon will submit proofs along with original copy for the client's review and approval when requested by the customer. All marked up proofs will be returned to Print Icon on a "master set" marked "OK to Print with dates" "OK With Corrections," or "Revised Proof Required" and signed by the client. Until the master set is received, no additional work will be performed. Print Icon will not be responsible for undetected production errors.
No verbal OK is accepted.

PRESS PROOFS:
Print Icon will not provide press proofs, unless they have been required in writing in the Print Icon estimate. All press checks need to be in person and on time. Print Icon will charge at standard rates for any time lost due to alterations/corrections made because of the client's errors, lateness on press check, or incorrect materials, such as wrong paper selected/supplied by the client.
Any delay in production is chargeable at Print Icon hourly press rates.

CLIENT-FURNISHED MATERIALS:
All materials sent by clients or their representatives are verified by delivery tickets. Print Icon will not be responsible for discrepancies between delivery tickets and actual counts. Client-supplied paper must be delivered according to specifications furnished by Print Icon. These specifications will include correct weight, thickness, and other technical requirements. Artwork on disc furnished by the client must be useable by Print Icon. Items not meeting this requirement may be repaired by the client, or by Print Icon and will be billable at our current rates.

CUSTOMER'S PROPERTY:
Print Icon will not be responsible for loss of client property, due to fire damage, while the property is in the Print icon’s possession or when being on route. Print icon’s liability for this property will not exceed the amount recoverable from the insurance company.

PREPARATORY MATERIALS:
All artwork, films, plates, disks, and all other items supplied by Print Icon, remain the Print icon’s exclusive property.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULES:
All production schedules will be established and followed by both, the client and Print Icon. There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to acts of God, state of war, strikes, riot, civil disorder, fire, accidents, civil authority, action of government or other causes beyond the control of Print Icon. In such cases, schedules will be extended by an amount of time equal to delay incurred. Turnaround is established from the time Print Icon receives proof approval.

OVER-RUNS OR UNDER-RUNS:
Over-runs or under-runs will not exceed 10% Print Icon will bill for actual quantity delivered within this tolerance. If the client requires a guaranteed quantity, the percentage of tolerance must be stated at the time of quotation.

STORAGE:
Print Icon will keep intermediate materials until the client has accepted the related end product. If requested by the client, intermediate materials will be stored for an additional period, for additional charge. Print Icon is not liable for any loss or damage to stored material beyond what is recoverable by the supplier's fire and extended insurance coverage.

DELIVERY:
Unless otherwise specified, the price quoted is for a single shipment, without storage, F.O.B. Print icon’s platform. Proposals are based on continuous and uninterrupted delivery of the complete order. If the specifications state otherwise, Print Icon will charge accordingly at current rates. Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the client to Print Icon, or from the client's representative to Print Icon are not included in quotations unless specified. Title for finished work passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point, or upon mailing of invoices for the finished work or its segments, whichever occurs first. Damage, lost or broken packages by third party or shipping companies will not be Print icon’s responsibility, additional insurance coverage may be obtained for shipping if it is requested in writing, and if the premium is paid to Print Icon.

THIRD PARTY PURCHASES:
It is agreed that all outside purchases necessary to complete the order as requested by the client are chargeable.

TERMS/CLAIMS/LIENS:
Payment is by accepted and approved credit card, all other payment methods will be arranged in writing previous to start of any order. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Print Icon and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Print icon’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications. Print icon’s liability will be limited to the quoted selling price of defective goods, without additional charge for special or consequential damage or as specified. As security for payment of any sum due under the terms of an agreement, Print Icon has the right to hold and place a lien on all client property in Print icon’s possession. This right applies even if credit has been extended, notes have been accepted, trade acceptances have been made, or payment has been guaranteed. If payment is not made, the client is liable for all collection costs incurred.

INDEMNIFICATION:
The client agrees to protect Print Icon from economic loss and any other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with the work. This means that the client will hold the Print Icon harmless and save, indemnify, and otherwise defend him/her against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.

COPYRIGHTS:
The client warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The client also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The client further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the client agrees to indemnify and hold the supplier harmless of all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

PERSONAL OR ECONOMIC RIGHTS:
The client also warrants that the work does not contain anything that threatens anyone's right to privacy or other personal or economic rights. The client will, at the client's sole expense, promptly and thoroughly defend Print Icon in all legal actions on these grounds, as long as Print Icon promptly notifies the client of the legal action and gives the client reasonable time to undertake and conduct a defense. The client reserves the right to use his or her sole discretion in refusing to print anything he or she deems illegal.

LIABILITY:

DISCLAIMER OF EXPRESS WARRANTIES:
Print Icon warrants that the work is as described in the purchase order. The client understands that all sketches, copy, dummies, and preparatory work shown to the client are intended only to illustrate the general type and quality of the work. They are not intended to represent the actual work performed.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties: Print Icon warrants only that the work will conform to the description contained in the purchase order. Print icon’s maximum liability, whether by negligence, contract, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount specified in the contract. Under no circumstances will Print Icon be liable for specific, individual, or consequential damages.

TAXES:
All amounts due for taxes and assessments and are the responsibility of the client. No tax exemption will be granted unless the customer's "Exemption Certificate" (or other official proof of exemption) accompanies the purchase order. If, after the client has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the client must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority, or immediately reimburse the supplier for any additional taxes paid.

ON-LINE COMMUNICATIONS:
Print icon is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or extra costs resulting from faults in the on-line transmission of files.
